AthletesNow LLC · How to delete your account and data

You can permanently delete your AthletesNow! account and the personal data associated with it. This page explains how, and what is and isn't kept — as required by the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

• Open the AthletesNow! app.
• Go to Profile → Settings → Account.
• Tap Delete Account.
• Confirm. Your account is scheduled for deletion immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email privacy@athletesnow.app from the email address on your account with the subject line "Delete my account". We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request. Parents or guardians may request deletion of a minor's account the same way.

What gets deleted

• Your profile and account details (name, email, date of birth, grade, school, sport).
• Uploaded content, including highlight videos and photos.
• Athletic statistics, NIL data, scout-report history, and in-app messages.
• Visibility settings and preferences.

What may be retained, and for how long

We may retain a limited set of information where the law requires it or where we have a legitimate, ongoing need:

• Transaction and tax records related to subscription payments, kept as required by law.
• Records needed to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements, kept only as long as necessary.
• De-identified or aggregated data that can no longer be linked to you.

Outside of these limited cases, your personal data is deleted within 30 days of your request.

About your subscription

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Please also cancel the subscription in your Apple ID or Google account settings to stop future charges.
